A Different Kind of Support

At Lifestyle Forward, you are guided by occupational therapist Dr. Serena Hobson someone who understands how to turn overwhelm into clear, supportive structure.

With a background from UCLA and USC, and experience as clinical faculty at USC’s student health center and a Wellness Director at a college preparatory school, her work bridges science with real life. She integrates evidence-based wellness practices in a way that feels practical, personalized, and sustainable.

Dr. Hobson helps you build systems and habits that not only help you keep up but allow you to move forward with clarity, confidence, and intention.
