This course empowers young men (18-24 years old) to build a strong mental mindset by learning practical strategies for managing stress and emotions (e.g. anger, anxiety), cultivating resilience, and navigating challenges with a growth-oriented mindset. Students will also develop self-awareness, clarify purpose, values, and life vision, and strengthen relationships and social wellness. Through interactive exercises and actionable tools, participants will create habits that support personal well-being, goal achievement, and lasting mental strength.
