Executive Function Skills for Young Adults with ADHD

Mental Mindset Course for Young Men (18-24)
This workshop empowers young men (18-24 years old) to build a strong mental mindset by learning practical strategies for managing stress and emotions (e.g. anger, anxiety), cultivating resilience, and navigating challenges with a growth-oriented mindset. Students will also develop self-awareness, clarify purpose, values, and life vision, and strengthen relationships and social wellness. Through interactive exercises and actionable tools, participants will create habits that support personal well-being, goal achievement, and lasting mental strength.

This course helps neurodiverse college students build practical social skills to navigate campus life, friendships, and professional interactions with confidence. Students will explore communication strategies, emotional awareness, relationship-building, and conflict resolution in supportive, interactive sessions. Through guided practice and real-world applications, participants will develop tools to foster meaningful connections, self-expression, and social confidence. Stress Reset for College Students
Saturday from 9-11:30AM (4 Weeks)
This course improves college students’ stress management through the development of coping skills, relaxation and mindfulness techniques, time and energy management, and healthy lifestyle habits including sleep, nutrition, and physical activity. It also addresses perfectionism and goal setting/achievement, helping students build routines that support both academic success and personal well-being. Students will learn simple tools to reset their minds and bodies, fostering resilience and balance in college life.
Lifestyle Wellness Bootcamp for Young Adults (18-24)
This Lifestyle Wellness Bootcamp helps young adults (18–24 years old) build healthy routines that support physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Students will explore practical strategies for nutrition, exercise, sleep, stress management, and mindfulness. Participants will develop habits that boost energy, focus, and resilience. The course empowers students to take charge of their wellness and create a balanced, sustainable lifestyle.
Fresh Start: A New Year Wellness Reset
Start the new year with intention and balance. This wellness course helps you build healthy routines in mindfulness, nutrition, and stress management. The sessions will focus on practical tools to create and clarify your 2026 purpose, vision, and values, while resetting your mind and body to empower you to start the year feeling energized, focused, and resilient.
