Executive Function Skills for Young Adults with ADHD

This course helps young adults (18-24 years old) with ADHD develop practical executive function skills to succeed in academics, work, and daily life. Students will learn strategies for organization, time management, planning, prioritization, and self-regulation tailored to their unique strengths and challenges. Through interactive exercises and real-world applications, participants will build habits that enhance focus, productivity, and confidence. The course equips students with tools to navigate complex tasks and responsibilities with greater independence.
